Job Description :
1. Oversee and manage shift-wise production activities in a chemical manufacturing plant to ensure smooth operations.
2. Monitor and control distillation processes as per standard operating procedures and production requirements.
3. Coordinate with plant staff during shifts to maintain productivity, process efficiency, and operational discipline.
